Founded in 2019, Beehive Meals was built on a simple goal — take the busywork out of family dinner. The idea came from a mom who understood the daily juggle of work, kids, and life, and how overwhelming it can be to get a home-cooked meal on the table.
She set out to create a solution that made mealtime easier and more meaningful, without the stress of prep work, meal planning, or last-minute takeout.
Our freezer meals are sold in sets of ten. Each meal consists of the base of the meal or the protein along with the sauce or spice. When ready you’d then cook it in a slow cooker and add a side or two to complete the meal.
The size of your slow cooker can affect the outcome of your meal. If your slow cooker is smaller than what we recommend, you may need to cook your meal a little longer. If it’s larger than what we recommend you may need to shorten the cooking time. You will need to keep a close eye on the chicken as it cooks. Here are the slow cooker sizes we recommend for each meal size to help cook your meals just right:
