Celebrating Educator Wellness: Beehive Meals at the Show Up for Teachers Conference
At Beehive Meals, we understand the invaluable role educators play in shaping our future. That’s why we were thrilled to sponsor the 3rd annual Show Up for Teachers Conference, a remarkable event dedicated to educator wellness. Hosted by Utah's First Lady Abby Cox, this conference brought together more than 2,000 educators from across Utah to celebrate their dedication and provide them with essential tools and resources for personal and professional well-being.
Beehive Meals’ Impact at the Event
As part of our commitment to supporting education and community wellness, Beehive Meals donated over $50,000 worth of meals at the event. Through a special raffle, five lucky schools were selected to receive freezer meals for their entire staff and faculty, providing a much-needed boost to their daily routines. The estimated value of these meals was more than $10,000 per school.
Our involvement didn’t end there. On the eve of the conference, the First Lady hosted the Honors in Education Gala, an elegant event highlighting the achievements of educators and business leaders who make a significant difference in the community. Our founder and CEO, Allyse Jackson, had the privilege of accepting an award on behalf of Beehive Meals from First Lady Abby Cox, recognizing our contributions to the education sector and our ongoing commitment to community support.
Looking Ahead
As we reflect on the success of the Show Up for Teachers Conference, we are filled with gratitude for the opportunity to support Utah’s educators. Their passion and dedication inspire us to continue our mission of providing nutritious, convenient meals to those who need them most. We look forward to future collaborations and remain committed to making a difference in the lives of educators and their students.
We believe in the power of community and the importance of supporting those who dedicate their lives to education. Thank you to everyone who made the Show Up for Teachers Conference a success, and to all the educators who inspire us every day.
