At Beehive Meals, we are committed to reducing waste and reusing materials whenever possible. To support this effort, we now provide our customers with the option to return their insulated cooler bags and gel packs for reuse.
What can be returned: Only Beehive Meals insulated cooler bags and gel packs are eligible for return through this program. Please do not include meals or other packaging materials.
When to return: We ask that you submit a return request once you’ve accumulated 5 bags or more to help keep the process cost-effective and eco-friendly.
How it works: Fill out this form to submit a request to return your material. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email from UPS with a link to your prepaid return label and instructions for shipping. Once we receive the material, it will be inspected, sanitized, and reused at a later time.
Cost: There is no cost to you for returning the materials. Beehive Meals covers the return shipping.
Condition: Insulated cooler bags should be empty, dry, and free of food residue. Please recycle bags in poor condition that cannot be reused at home, when possible.
