Apricot Chicken Panini

Sweet and flavorful Apricot Chicken served in a delicious panini with sourdough bread, sliced green apples and melted brie cheese.
SELECT YOUR SIZE:
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken
4 Slices Sourdough Bread
2 oz Brie Cheese
6 Thin Slices Green Apple
1/4 cup Yellow Onion, sliced
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Apricot Chicken.
2. In a saute pan, caramelize oions over medium heat. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Place caramelized onions in a bowl and set aside.
3. Lightly spread some butter on each side of sourdough bread slices. Place bread slices in the center of a large pan over medium-low heat. Add 2 Tablespoons of the sauteed onions to the sandwich. Then top with 1 serving of Beehive Meals Apricot Chicken on top of the caramelized onions.
4. Then pour 1 oz of the melted brie cheese over the chicken, and top with 3 slices of the thinly sliced green apples.
5. Place other slice of bread on top, then press and cook until lightly golden brown on both sides. Serve, and enjoy!
