Artichoke Chicken Nachos

Crispy tortilla chips layered with our tender and slow-cooked Artichoke chicken, smokey bacon bits, artichokes, and melted cheese, topped with sliced black olives and tangy feta for a bold and savory twist on a classic favorite.

Ingredients

2 servings of Beehive Meals Artichoke Chicken
2 Cups Tortilla chips
1 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/8 Cup Bacon bits, cooked and crumbled
1/4 Cup Olives, sliced
1/8 Cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Artichoke Chicken.

2. Spread a layer of tortilla chips on baking sheet.

3. Layer cooked Artichoke Chicken, bacon bits, olives, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and mozzarella cheese over all.

4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges of tortilla chips are slightly browned. 

5. Remove from the oven and let sit for at least 5 minutes before serving.
