
Artichoke Chicken Stuffed Mushroom Appetizer

A savory, creamy artichoke chicken filling baked into tender mushroom caps for a simple, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

4 Mushroom caps, favorite variety, washed and hollowed out
1/8 Cup Panko bread crumbs
2 Teaspoons Butter, melted
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Artichoke Chicken.
2. Core, wash and dry mushrooms of your choice.
3. Fill the mushroom with a spoonful of cooked Artichoke Chicken.
4. Top with a small sprinkling of panko breadcrumbs, tossed with melted butter.
5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top.
6. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
