BBQ Pork Nachos

Sweet, tangy, and tender shredded pork served between a soft and fluffy bun.

SELECT YOUR SIZE:

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals BBQ Pork
2 servings Tortilla Chips
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
2 Tbsp Black Beans
2 Tbsp Diced Roma Tomatoes

Optional:
Sour Cream
Fresh Limes
Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

1.Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals BBQ Pork.

2. Layer chips on plate or platter and cover with shredded cheese. 

3. Layer Beehive Meals BBQ Pork and top with black beans.

4. Place in oven to broil at 400 degrees about 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5. Top with your favorite nacho toppings! We used roma tomatoes, sour cream, fresh limes and fresh cilantro.

6. Serve and enjoy!
