1 Cup jasmine or brown rice, prepared
1/2 Cup frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, onion) defrosted
2 Eggs, mixed with fork and salt & pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons Liquid Aminos/Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon sesame seeds, roasted

6 Eggs, mixed with fork and salt & pepper to taste
6 Tablespoons Liquid Aminos/Coconut Aminos
3 Teaspoons sesame seeds, roasted
Ingredients

Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Roast.
2. In a large skillet/wok scramble eggs until barley cooked and set aside.
3. Turn up heat then add prepared rice and "dry fry" turning occasionally until rice starts to brown.
4. Add defrosted vegetables to rice and stir until well incorporated.
5. Add warmed shredded pork and aminos and stir until combined.
6. Divide portions into serving bowls and top with roasted sesame seeds.
