Chicken and Stuffing Crostinis
The perfect appetizer for a Thanksgiving party or any special event!

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing
1/2 French Baguette, sliced
For Drizzle Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, peeled
1/4 cup Marscapone Cheese
1 Tablespoon Chives, chopped
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Tuscan Chicken.
2. Slice ciabatta buns in half, then evenly spread butter on inside of the rolls and top one side with mozzarella cheese. Broil in the oven until lightly golden brown.
3. Remove from oven, then top with Beehive Meals Tuscan Chicken. Top with arugula and any other toppings you may like!
4. Serve and enjoy!

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from our Chicken and Stuffing.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice the french baguette into 3/4 inch slices at a diagonal. Place on a baking sheet then drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle very lightly with sea salt. Bake in the oven until crostinis are slightly golden brown.
3. After the crostinis come out of the oven, allow to cool for a minute or two, just until you can touch them with your fingers, and then rub a peeled garlic clove right on the crostinis. This gives a touch of garlic flavor in each bite and really makes them extra delicious!
4. Then evenly spread about 1 teaspoon of Marscapone Cheese on top of each crostini, then top with roughly 1-2 Tablespoons of Beehive Meals Chicken and Stuffing. Top with fresh sliced chives, then serve as a fun appetizer, preferably at a Thanksgiving party! Enjoy!
