Cilantro Lime Chicken Sliders

Cilantro Lime Chicken slow cooked and sandwiched between sweet hawaiian rolls, and baked in the oven to create simple and delicious sliders.

4 Hawaiian style rolls
1/2 Cup Pepper jack cheese, shredded
2 Teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Butter, to taste
Garlic salt or tajin seasoning, to taste
Cilantro/parsley, fresh chopped, to taste

12 Hawaiian style rolls
2 Cups Pepper jack cheese, shredded
6 Teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Butter, to taste
Garlic salt or tajin seasoning, to taste
Cilantro/parsley, fresh chopped, to taste

Ingredients

8 Servings Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
16 Hawaiian style rolls
3 Cups Pepper jack cheese, shredded
8 Teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated
Butter, to taste
Garlic salt or tajin seasoning, to taste
Cilantro/parsley, fresh chopped, to taste

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken.

2. Slice Hawaiian Rolls in half. On the bottom half of the slider, evenly spread Cilantro Lime Chicken, then top with pepper jack cheese.

3. Place the top half of the slider bun on top and press down lightly.

4. In a small bowl, melt butter and mix in seasoning of choice.

5. Brush over the top of the sliders.

6. Bake the sliders in the oven at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes or until they are golden brown.

7. Top with fresh herbs and powdered parmesan cheese.
