Cilantro Lime Chicken Sliders
Cilantro Lime Chicken slow cooked and sandwiched between sweet hawaiian rolls, and baked in the oven to create simple and delicious sliders.

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
6 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
2 Slices Pepperjack Cheese
Butter Mixture:
1 Tablespoon Butter
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped

4 Slices Pepperjack Cheese
Butter Mixture:
2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded

18 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
6 Slices Pepperjack Cheese
Butter Mixture:
3 Tablespoon Butter
3 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded
3 Tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Ingredients
5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken
24 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
8 Slices Pepperjack Cheese
Butter Mixture:
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken.
2. Slice King's Hawaiian Rolls in half, then evenly spread Beehive Meals Cilantro Lime Chicken.
3. Place sliced pepperjack cheese on top of chicken and then place other half of King's Hawaiian Rolls on top of chicken and cheese.
4. In a small bowl, melt butter. Once butter is melted, add parmesan cheese and fresh cilantro, then stir until combined. Evenly spread butter mixture on top of bread. Lightly sprinkle with garlic salt if desired.
5. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees until bread is lightly golden brown and cheese is melted. Serve 3 rolls per serving, and enjoy!
