4 Crescent roll dough, refrigerated
1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, fine grated
1/8 Cup Parmesan Cheese, fine grated powder
1 Egg, whisked with 1 Teaspoon of water (per egg)
Garlic Salt, to taste

12 Crescent roll dough, refrigerated
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, fine grated
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese, fine grated powder
2 Eggs, whisked with 1 Teaspoon of water (per egg)
Garlic Salt, to taste

Ingredients

2 Cups Beehive Meals Creamy Italian Sausage
16 Crescent roll dough, refrigerated
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, fine grated
3/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, fine grated powder
2 Eggs, whisked with 1 Teaspoon of water (per egg)
Garlic Salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Creamy Italian Sausage.

2. Prehead the oven to 375 degrees.

3. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Unroll dough and divide into individual rolls.

4. Place 1 1/2 - 2 tablespoons of warm meat mixture (strain off any excess cooking suace) on the wide end of the roll and top with mozzarella cheese.

5. Roll dough and filling gently towards point and place seam side down on baking sheet.

6. Whisk egg with water and brush tops of rolls then sprinkle with garlic salt and parmesan cheese.

7. Bake for 122-15 minutes until golden brown

8. Serve roll-ups with a side of leftover cooking liquid as a dipping sauce.
