1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken
1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 cups Spinach
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese 
1/4 Puff Pastry

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
6 cups Spinach
2 teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Puff Pastry

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken
1  1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
9 cups Spinach
3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
1  1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
3/4 Puff Pastry

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
12 cups Spinach
4 teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Puff Pastry

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken.

2. In a large saute pan, heat the olive oil. Then add the spinach and minced garlic and saute until spinach is cooked. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. In a large bowl, combine Beehive Meals Creamy Lemon Chicken with the cooked spinach, shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Then, slice the puff pastry into individual 3x4" rectangles. Evenly spread the spinach puff mixture diagonally on each individual puff pastry, then fold each of the corners over and pinch together at the top.

4. If desired, brush with an egg wash for an extra flakey golden crust. Bake in the oven according to instructions on package. 

5. Remove from oven, then serve, and enjoy!
