Cuban Pork Quesadilla

Crispy grilled tortilla stuffed with tender slow-cooked pork, melted mozzarella and Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and a tangy mustard sauce for a Cuban-inspired twist.

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Cuban Pork
2 Large Burrito Tortillas
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/4 cup Dill Pickle Coins
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard

6 Large Burrito Tortillas
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
3 Tablespoon Butter
3/4 cup Dill Pickle Coins
3 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard

5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Cuban Pork
8 Large Burrito Tortillas
8 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
4 Tablespoon Butter
1 cup Dill Pickle Coins
4 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Cuban Pork.
2. On a large griddle, prepare your quesadillas. Evenly spread 1/2 Tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla. One quesadilla at a time, place the buttered side down on the griddle over medium-low heat. Then evenly spread 1 cup of mozzarella cheese across the whole tortilla, then evenly spread 1 serving of Beehive Meals Cuban Pork on one half of the tortilla, then top the pork with the shredded swiss cheese. Place a lid over the tortilla, allowing the cheese to melt.
3. When cheese is melted, add the pickles on the side of the pork, then fold the side that doesn't have the pork on it, over to cover the other half. Then cook until the quesadilla is perfectly golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove from griddle, then slice, and serve with a side of yellow mustard for a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
