A crispy quesadilla stuffed with savory French Dip beef, melted provolone, and a zesty horseradish spread. Served with au jus for the ultimate dip-worthy comfort food.

4 8-10" Flour or Corn tortillas
1 Cup provolone, shredded
1 Teaspoon Horseradish sauce, if desired
1 Tablespoon Sour cream or Greek Yogurt + au jus

12 8-10" Flour or Corn tortillas
3 Cups provolone, shredded
3 Teaspoons Horseradish sauce, if desired

16 8-10" Flour or Corn tortillas
4 Cups provolone, shredded

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals French Dip.
2. Mix sour cream/yogurt and horseradish (if desired) together with a tablespoon of au jus cooking liquid to make spread.
3. Add spread to the inside of 1 tortilla then place in a preheated sprayed/non-stick skillet or flat grill.
4. On top of tortilla, add cheese and warmed meat mixture then remaining tortilla shell on top.
5. Grill until the tortilla is slightly browned on the bottom and the cheese starts to melt.
6. Carefully flip the tortilla over to brown the other side.
7. Remove to plate and portion into individual pieces.
