
Greek Pork Taquitos

Crispy, golden tortillas filled with tender, seasoned Greek Pork for a flavorful Mediterranean twist on a classic taquito.

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Greek Pork
2 large corn tortillas
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tablespoons sour cream, guacamole, or salsa
Olive oil spray (to taste)

4 large corn tortillas
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup sour cream, guacamole, or salsa

4 cups Beehive Meals Greek Pork
6 large corn tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream, guacamole, or salsa
Olive oil spray (to taste)

5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Greek Pork
8 large corn tortillas
1 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup sour cream, guacamole, or salsa
Olive oil spray (to taste)
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Greek Pork.
2. Spray tortilla lightly with olive oil spray, then warm in pan on stovetop for 15 seconds each sice so the tortilla doesn't tear when rolling.
3. To your corn tortilla, add Greek Pork and shredded cheddar cheese, and roll up to form taquitos.
4. Place taquito folded side down in a greased 8x8 pan.
5. Spray tops of tortillas lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 350° until golden brown crispy edges and cheese is melts.
6. Serve with sour cream, guacamole, or salsa for dipping. Enjoy!
