Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken Grilled Cheese

Slow-cooked Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken layered with melted mozzarella and gouda, grilled to perfection between slices of golden sourdough bread for a sweet and savory twist on a classic.

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken
4 Slices Sourdough Bread
1 Tablespoon Butter
1  1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Gouda Cheese

8 Slices Sourdough Bread
2 Tablespoons Butter
3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Shredded Gouda Cheese

4 cups Beehive Meals Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken
12 Slices Sourdough Bread
3 Tablespoons Butter
4  1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1  1/2 cups Shredded Gouda Cheese

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken
16 Slices Sourdough Bread
4 Tablespoons Butter
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Gouda Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken.

2. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered side down on a griddle over medium-low heat. Evenly spread 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on the bread, then top with Beehive Meals Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken, then top with 1/4 cup of shredded Gouda cheese. 

3. Place the other slice of bread on top, the butter side on the outside, then press down, and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Cook until perfectly golden brown on each side. 

4. Serve with a side of french fries and fresh fruit, and enjoy!
