1/2 Cup Mashed potatoes, prepared
1/4 Bag Peas, carrots & corn mixture, frozen
1/8 Cup heavy cream
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/4 teaspoon Thyme, dried
2 Ramekins 6-8 oz size

3 Tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Thyme, dried
6 Ramekins 6-8 oz size

2 Cups Mashed potatoes, prepared
1 Bag Peas, carrots & corn mixture, frozen
1 Cup heavy cream
4 Tablespoons Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Thyme, dried
8 Ramekins 6-8 oz size
Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Honey Buffalo Beef Tips.
2. Pour frozen vegetables into the crockpot and mix well until defrosted.
3. Prepare mashed potatoes and set aside.
4. Whisk flour and a small amount of cream together until smooth, then add remaining cream (to avoid lumps).
5. Pour cream slurry into the Beef and vegetable mixture. Add thyme and mix well to let it thicken for about 10 minutes.
6. Spray ramekins with cooking spray then spoon warmed beef filling ¾ way to top.
7. Spoon potatoes on top and place full ramekins onto a cookie sheet to transport to the oven.
8. Bake uncovered at 350 until potatoes start to brown.
9. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
