Honey Buffalo Meatball Nachos

Honey Buffalo Meatball Nachos are loaded with spicy-sweet meatballs, melty cheese, pineapple, red onion, and your choice of drizzle.

Ingredients

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Honey Buffalo Meatballs
1/4 Large bag tortilla chips, any variety
1/8 Cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/4 Can Pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Honey Buffalo sauce from crock pot
Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing to taste

1/2 Large bag tortilla chips, any variety
1/4 Cup Red Onion, finely diced
1/2 Can Pineapple tidbits, drained
1 Cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Honey Buffalo sauce from crock pot
Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing to taste

4 cups Beehive Meals Honey Buffalo Meatballs
3/4 Large bag tortilla chips, any variety
1/2 Cup Red Onion, finely diced
3/4 Can Pineapple tidbits, drained
1 1/2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Honey Buffalo sauce from crock pot
Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing to taste

Ingredients

5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Honey Buffalo Meatballs
1 Large bag tortilla chips, any variety
3/4 Cup Red Onion, finely diced
1 Can Pineapple tidbits, drained
2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Honey Buffalo sauce from crock pot
Ranch or Bleu cheese dressing to taste

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Honey Buffalo Meatballs.

2. Cut meatballs in halves or quarters and set aside.

3. On a large cookie sheet pan, spread tortilla chips out evenly.

4. Top with Red onion dices and pineapple pieces.

5. Add meatballs then cover with shredded cheese.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes- letting cheese melt and toppings warm through.

7. Remove from the oven and drizzle Honey Buffalo sauce from crockpot, ranch or Bleu cheese dressing over top or put sauce in a small side dish for dipping.
