1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken
1  1/2 cups White Rice, cooked
2 Tablespoons Yellow Onion, diced
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/2 cup Peas and Carrots
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce

4 cups Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken
4  1/2 cups White Rice, cooked
1/3 cup Yellow Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1  1/2 cups Peas and Carrots
6 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken
6 cups White Rice, cooked
1/2 cup Yellow Onion, Diced
4 teaspoons Minced Garlic
2 cup Peas and Carrots
8 Eggs
1/4 cup Gluten-Free Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken.

2. In a large saute pan, saute the onions and garlic in a dash of oil over medium heat. Then, add the peas and carrots to the mixture until those are cooked all the way. Push the sauteed veggies to the edge of the pan, then add a little more oil to the center of the pan. Add the eggs to the center of the pan, season lightly with salt and pepper, then scramble the eggs, eventually incorporating the sauteed vegetables.

3. Next, add the cooked white rice and Beehive Meals Sesame Chicken. Stir until combined. Then add the gluten-free teriyaki sauce to the rice, and stir until all the rice is well-coated. Cook the rice for about 5 more minutes, then remove from heat and serve! Top with sesame seeds and diced green onions if desired. Enjoy!
