Our savory Korean Egg Roll Bowls served over a bed of spring mix, then topped with mandarin orange slices, diced cucumbers, and topped with Chow Mein noodles for the perfect crunch!

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Korean Egg Roll Bowls
4 cups Spring Mix
1/4 cup Mandarin Orange Slices
1/4 cup Diced Cucumbers
1/4 cup Chow Mein Noodles
1/4 cup Asian Sesame Vinaigrette

8 cups Spring Mix
1/2 cup Mandarin Orange Slices
1/2 cup Diced Cucumbers

12 cups Spring Mix
3/4 cup Mandarin Orange Slices
3/4 cup Diced Cucumbers
3/4 cup Chow Mein Noodles
3/4 cup Asian Sesame Vinaigrette

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Korean Egg Roll Bowls.

2. Start prepping your salad. For a family style serving, simply toss all of the ingredients together in a large bowl and it is ready to go! Or, for individual servings, place 2 cups of the spring mix on a plate, then top with 1 serving of Beehive Meals Korean Egg Roll Bowls. Then, top with the manadarin orange slices, diced cucumbers, chow mein noodles, and the Asian sesame vinaigrette.

3. Top with fresh limes and/or cilantro if desired, then serve and enjoy!
