Meatball Marinara Garlic Bread Boat

A golden, crusty garlic bread loaf filled with tender meatballs slow-cooked in our original marinara sauce, then topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan, then baked to perfection and served bubbling hot.

1  1/2 cups Beehive Meals Meatball Marinara
1/4 French Bread Loaf
1 Tablespoon Garlic Butter, melted
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

3/4 French Bread Loaf
3 Tablespoons Garlic Butter, melted

1 French Bread Loaf
4 Tablespoons Garlic Butter, melted
4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Meatball Marinara.

2. Begin by slicing the top of the french loaf off. Using your hands or tongs, tear out some of the bread from the loaf, creating a boat-like shape. Then evenly brush the melted garlic butter all over the insides of the the bread boat. Broil in the oven for a short period of time, just 1-2 minutes, to crisp up the bread and to ensure the bread doesn't get soggy while cooking.

3. Then, scoop Beehive Meals Meatball Marinara inside bread boat until almost filled. Then top with the shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese. 

4. Place bake in the oven and broil until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, then slice into breadsticks, and enjoy! Provide napkins, this meal is sure to be messy, but it is so worth it since every bite is filled with so much flavor!
