Mississippi Pot Roast Ciabatta Sandwich

Tender slow-cooked Mississippi Pot Roast piled on a toasted ciabatta roll, topped with melty cheese and zesty pepperoncini for a bold and savory bite.

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast
2 Ciabatta Buns
1 Tablespoon Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
Creamy Horseradish to Taste

4 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast
6 Ciabatta Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
Creamy Horseradish to Taste

4 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast.

2. Slice the ciabatta buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of the buns, then sprinkle lightly with some garlic salt to taste. Broil these in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

3. Remove from the oven, then add Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast, and top with the sliced mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven. If desired, spread a little bit of creamy horseradish on the inside of the top bun, then place on top of the sandwich, and press down lightly. 

4. Serve with a side salad and some french fries or chips, and enjoy!
