Mississippi Pot Roast Sliders
Tender, slow-cooked shredded Mississippi Pot Roast topped with melted mozzarella cheese on soft slider buns.

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast
6 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter, melted
1 Tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped

24 rolls King's Hawaiian Rolls
8 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
4 Tablespoons Butter, melted
4 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese, shredded
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast.
2. Slice the King's Hawaiian Rolls in half, creating a bottom half and a top half of the sliders. Separate, then add the Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast to the bottom half of the sliders, then top with the mozzarella cheese slices.
3. Place top half of the sliders on top. ** If desired, evenly spread some creamy horseradish on the inside of the top half before placing on top for some added flavor!
4. In a small bowl, melt the butter, then add the parmesan and fresh parsley. Then evenly brush on top of the sliders, then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt to taste, if desired.
5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 6-8 minutes, until sliders are perfectly golden brown. Keep a close eye on the sliders to ensure they don't burn! Then remove from the oven, and dig in and enjoy!
