Mississippi Pot Roast Tinfoil Dinner

Our delicious Mississippi Pot Roast wrapped up and cooked with potatoes, vegetables, and any of your favorite additions to a classic summer meal, tinfoil dinners.
SELECT YOUR SIZE:
Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast
1/2 cup Diced Potatoes
1/2 cup Zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup Yellow Squash, sliced1
/4 cup Red Onion, sliced
1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper, sliced
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Mississippi Chicken.
2. In the center of a large sheet of tinfoil (about 12"x12"), place one serving of Beehive Meals Mississippi Pot Roast. Then place the rest of vegetables. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with italian seasonings or fresh herbs. Tightly wrap tinfoil around food and cook on grill or above homemade bonfire. Allow to cook for about 20-25 minutes, then remove from heat and check to see if vegetables are cooked to desired preference. Return to heat and continue to cook as needed.
