Crispy sourdough stuffed with shredded Parmesan Herb Chicken, melted mozzarella, fresh tomato, and creamy garlic aioli, grilled to golden perfection.

2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

2 Tablespoons Garlic Aioli

4 cups Beehive Meals Parmesan Herb Chicken
12 Slices Sourdough Bread
3 Tablespoons Butter
6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
12 Slices Tomato
1/3 cup Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Parmesan Herb Chicken.

2. Evenly spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered side on the griddle over medium-low heat, then evenly spread the Beehive Meals Parmesan Herb Chicken on the bread. Top with the mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes. For the top half of the sandwich, evenly spread garlic aioli on the side of the bread that does not have the butter. Then place on top of sandwich with the buttered side on the outside.

3. Place a weighted panini press on top and cook on both sides until perfectly golden brown. Slice in half, then serve with a side salad and side of french fries or chips. Enjoy!
