
Pizza Pasta Grilled Cheese

Slow-cooked Pizza Pasta layered with melted mozzarella and parmesan, grilled to perfection between slices of golden sourdough bread for a savory twist.

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 Tablespoons Butter
3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

12 Slices Sourdough Bread
3 Tablespoons Butter
4 1/2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese

4 Tablespoons Butter
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta.
2. Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the buttered side down on a griddle over medium-low heat. Evenly spread 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese on the bread, then top with Beehive Meals Pizza Pasta, then top with 1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
3. Place the other slice of bread on top, the butter side on the outside, then press down, and cover with a lid to allow the cheese to melt. Cook until perfectly golden brown on each side.
4. Serve with a side of french fries and a salad, and enjoy!
