2 Tablespoons White Queso
2 Tablespoons Pico de Gallo

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas.

2. Begin by preparing the tortillas. Each serving will need 1 1/4 tortillas. Fold one tortilla in half and then in half again, then cut along those lines to create 4 quarters. These will be used later, and the way we enclose the crunchwrap!

3. In the center of each large tortilla, evenly spread 1 Tablespoon of the white queso in the center, leaving about 3 inches in circumference uncovered. Then top with the shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas. Then, place the tostada on top. This is where the other quarter slice of tortilla comes into play. Place the quarter slice of tortilla on top of the tostada, then fold the rest of the tortilla over until completely covered to get that shape of the crunchwrap supreme, then grill on both sides until perfectly golden brown.

4. Serve with your favorite salsa, nacho cheese, or aioli for dipping sauce, and enjoy!
