12 cups Tortilla Chips
4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas.

2. Evenly spread tortilla chips on baking sheet, then top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, Beehive Meals Pork Carnitas, and black beans.

3. Bake the nachos in the oven a 350 degrees until cheese is melted and nachos are perfectly crispy. Keep a close eye on them to ensure they don't burn!

4. Remove from oven, then top with fresh pico de gallo, feta cheese crumbles, lots of fresh cilantro, and a drizzle of cilantro lime ranch! Dig in, and enjoy!
