Flavorful steak fajitas are rolled in soft tortillas, smothered in zesty enchilada sauce, topped with melted cheddar, and finished with fresh lime and crisp lettuce for a hearty, Tex-Mex favorite.

4 Flour or Corn Tortillas
1 Can (28 oz) Green or Red Enchilada Sauce, prepared
1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
1 Cup lettuce, shredded
Lime juice, fresh squeezed to taste

2 Cups lettuce, shredded

12 Flour or Corn Tortillas
3 Cans (28 oz) Green or Red Enchilada Sauce, prepared
1 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
3 Cups lettuce, shredded
Lime juice, fresh squeezed to taste

16 Flour or Corn Tortillas
4 Cans (28 oz) Green or Red Enchilada Sauce, prepared
2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, finely shredded
4 Cups lettuce, shredded
Lime juice, fresh squeezed to taste
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas.
2. Spread warmed meat mixture in tortillas and roll up tight.
3. Line a sprayed baking dish with filled tortillas then cover with enchilada sauce.
4. Top with cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven.
5. Remove from the oven and squeeze fresh lime juice over top.
6. Serve topped with shredded lettuce.
