Steak Fajitas Ciabatta Sandwich

Juicy, slow-cooked steak, peppers and onions, melted pepper jack cheese, and a zesty chipotle aoili, all served on a toasted gluten-free ciabatta roll for a bold and flavorful bite.

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas
2 Gluten-Free Ciabatta Rolls
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons Chipotle Aoili

4 cups Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas
6 Gluten-Free Ciabatta Rolls
3 Tablespoons Butter
6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
6 Tablespoons Chipotle Aoili

4 Tablespoons Butter
8 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
8 Tablespoons Chipotle Aoili

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas.

2. Slice your gluten-free ciabatta rolls in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of each bun, then lightly sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil in the oven at 400 for just about 2-4 minutes, just to get it lightly golden brown.

3. Then, add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas to the bottom bun, then top with a slice of pepper jack cheese. If desired, place back in the oven to melt the cheese.

4. Then spread 1 Tablespoon of the chipotle aoili on the inside of the top bun, then place on top of the sandwich and lightly press down. Serve with a side side and french fries or chips, and enjoy!
