Chipotle Aioli or Chipotle dressing of your choosing

3/4 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
3/4 Cup Butter, melted
Chipotle Aioli or Chipotle dressing of your choosing

8 servings of Beehive Meals Stree Corn Mac n' Cheese
1 Cup Panko breadcrumbs
1 Cup Butter, melted
Chipotle Aioli or Chipotle dressing of your choosing

Instructions

1. Follow Cooking instructions to cook Street Corn Mac n' Cheese.

2. Using a large cookie scoop, portion out cooled mac n' cheese and lightly roll in your hands to make a tight ball. Set aside.

3. In a zip top bag, shake breadcrumbs with melted butter to incorporate, drop the mac n' cheese balls into the bag and gently toss again to coat.

4. Place the breaded pasta balls onto a baking sheet and lightly spray them with cooking spray.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. (*Can air fry at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes).

6. Serve with a side of chipotle aioli sauce or dipping.
