Classic Swedish meatballs layered over creamy grains with roasted squash, peppers, and onions, topped with Parmesan and a sprinkle of parsley.

1 Cup Brown, White or Cauliflower rice, prepared
1 Cup Roasted Vegetables, mediterranean blend (squash, peppers & onions)
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 Tablespoon Parsley, chopped
Paprika, if desired
Salt and Pepper to taste

4 Cups Roasted Vegetables, mediterranean blend (squash, peppers & onions)
1 Cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
4 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Paprika, if desired
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Swedish Meatballs.

2. Divide rice into separate serving bowls, then add prepared rice.

3. Top rice with steamed vegetables and then meatballs sliced in half.

4. Add creamy sauce from slow cooker over top.

5. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top then garnishw ith paprika and salt and pepper if desired.
