Our sweet and zesty Sweet Chicken Tacos made into a skillet bake, with layers of Spanish rice, black or pinto beans, and cheese.

1  1/2 cups Spanish Rice
1/2 cup Black/Pinto Beans
1/2 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

1 cup Black/Pinto Beans
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

4 cups Beehive Meals Sweet Chicken Tacos
4 1/2 cups Spanish Rice
1  1/2 cups Black/Pinto Beans
1  1/2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Ingredients

5  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Sweet Chicken Tacos
6 cups Spanish Rice
2 cups Black/Pinto Beans
2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Sweet Chicken Tacos.

2. In a skillet, add the cooked Spanish Rice and Beehive Meals Sweet Chicken Tacos and black/pinto beans, then stir until combined.

3. Then top with the shredded Colby Jack cheese, and cook in the oven, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. 

4. Remove from oven, then top with sour cream, pico de gallo, fresh avocado, and fresh cilantro. Serve with a side salad, and enjoy!
