Our delicious Breakfast Casserole served as a delicious breakfast burrito in a gluten-free tortilla. Perfect for freezer meal prep for on-the-go mornings, or for a breakfast for dinner.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole
2 Large Gluten-Free Tortillas
1/4 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Breakfast Casserole.
2. Place one serving of Beehive Meals Breakfast Casserole in the center of a warm, gluten-free tortilla. Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of Colby Jack Cheese. Fold edges in, tuck and roll burrito.
To Serve Right Away:
Toast on a pan until golden brown on each side.
For Freezer Prep:
Wrap in parchment paper, then place in a large ziplock bag. Place in the freezer. When heading out, heat frozen burrito in the microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on high.
