Our slow cooked and flavorful Chicken Burrito Bowls served with fresh mango, toasted coconut, cilantro and lime.

1/2 Mango, fresh diced
2 Tablespoons Cocnut, toasted
1/4 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Fresh Lime, squeezed

4 Tablespoons Cocnut, toasted
1/2 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 Fresh Lime, squeezed

2 Cups Beehive Meals Chicken Burrito Bowls
1 1/2 Mangos, fresh diced
6 Tablespoons Cocnut, toasted
3/4 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
1 1/2 Fresh Limes, squeezed

Ingredients

2 1/2 Cups Beehive Meals Chicken Burrito Bowls
2 Mangos, fresh diced
8 Tablespoons Cocnut, toasted
1 Bunch Cilantro, chopped
2 Fresh Limes, squeezed

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Chicken Burrito Bowls.

2. Dice mango, chop cilantro and cut limes.

3. Toast coconut in a small skillet over medium heat, no oil - just until edges start to brown and become fragrant.

4. Separate warm meat mixture into individual serving bowls. Top with mango, coconut, cilantro and squeeze of lime over all.

5. Salt and pepper to taste.
