1/2 cup | Heavy Cream |

1/2 cup | Sliced Mushrooms |
1/4 cup | Sliced Red Onions |

Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Chicken Cordon Bleu.
Step 2:
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms, onions and garlic and season to taste with salt and pepper. Saute until mushrooms are soft and onions are slightly transparent. Take off heat and set aside.
Step 3:
In a large pot, bring cream, chicken broth, black pepper and pasta to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce is mostly absorbed and noodles are soft.
Add Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu, sauteed mushrooms and onions, and shredded swiss cheese and stir until combined.
