Classic chicken cordon bleu baked “white out” style with tender rice and roasted cauliflower, topped with melty Swiss cheese and a golden, crispy panko finish for the perfect comforting bite.

1/2 Cup White rice, prepared
1 Cup Cauliflower, chopped and broiled
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Swiss cheese *included with Chicken Cordon Bleu

2 Cups Cauliflower, chopped and broiled
1 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

6 servings Chicken Cordon Bleu
1 1/2 Cups White rice, prepared
3 Cups Cauliflower, chopped and broiled
1 1/2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
Swiss cheese *included with Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

8 servings Chicken Cordon Bleu
2 Cups White rice, prepared
4 Cups Cauliflower, chopped and broiled
2 Cups Panko Breadcrumbs
Swiss cheese *included with Chicken Cordon Bleu

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Chicken Cordon Bleu.

2. Toss chopped cauliflower with olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

3. Broil in the oven at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes or until golden brown.

4. In a large bowl, combine the rice, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and roasted cauliflower.

5. Add all to lightly greased baking dish, top with shredded Swiss cheese *included with Chicken Cordon Bleu

6. Toss panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and add evenly to the top.

7. Bake covered in the oven at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
