Crack Chicken Baked Potato
Our creamy and delicious Crack Chicken served over a soft and fluffy baked potato.

1 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Crack Chicken
2 medium Russet Potatoes
1/4 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

2 2/3 cups Beehive Meals Crack Chicken
4 medium Russet Potatoes
1/2 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

4 cups Beehive Meals Crack Chicken
6 medium Russet Potatoes
3/4 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese

5 1/3 cups Beehive Meals Crack Chicken
8 medium Russet Potatoes
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook chicken from Beehive Meals Crack Chicken.
2. Bake potatoes at 400 degrees F from 45 minutes to an hour (depending on size of potato) or until easily pierced.
3. Slice down the center of potato and fill with 2/3 cup of Beehive Meals Crack Chicken.
4. Top with 2 Tablespoons of shredded colby jack cheese.
Serve with a side of vegetables and/or fruit, and enjoy!
