Creamy Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Creamy Buffalo Chicken.
2. On a large griddle, prepare your quesadillas. Evenly spread 1/2 Tablespoon of butter on one side of each tortilla. One quesadilla at a time, place the buttered side down on the griddle over medium-low heat. Then evenly spread 1 cup of mozzarella cheese across the whole tortilla, then evenly spread 1 serving of Beehive Meals Creamy Buffalo Chicken on one half of the tortilla. Place a lid over the tortilla, allowing the cheese to melt.
3. When cheese is melted, fold the side that doesn't have the chicken on it, over to cover the other half. Then cook until the quesadilla is perfectly golden brown on both sides.
4. Remove from griddle, then slice, and serve with your choice of ranch or bleu cheese dressing for a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
