Creamy Fiesta Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich
Beehive Meals x Six Sister's Stuff zesty and delicious Creamy Fiesta Chicken served in a lightly toasted ciabatta bun, then topped with pepper jack cheese and shredded lettuce.

2 Ciabatta Buns
1 Tablespoon Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
2 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Lettuce

6 Ciabatta Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals x Six Sister's Stuff Creamy Fiesta Chicken.
2. Slice the ciabatta buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of the buns, then sprinkle lightly with some garlic salt to taste. Broil these in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
3. Remove from the oven, then add Beehive Meals Creamy Fiesta Chicken, and top with the pepper jack cheese. Place back in the oven to melt the mozzarella cheese. Then remove from the oven, add the shredded lettuce to the sandwich, and place the top half of the ciabatta bun on top, then lightly press down.
4. Serve with a side salad and some french fries or chips, and enjoy!
