3 Cups Gouda Cheese, shredded or sliced thin
1 1/2 Red Onions, sliced
12 Slices Sourdough Bread
24 Slices Green Apple, sliced thin
Butter, to taste

4 servings of Beehive Meals Maple and Brown Sugar Pork Roast
4 Cups Gouda Cheese, shredded or sliced thin
2 Red Onions, sliced
16 Slices Sourdough Bread
32 Slices Green Apple, sliced thin
Butter, to taste

Instructions

1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Maple and Brown Sugar Pork Roast.

2. Slice roast thinly then add pieces to a sourdough bread slice, buttered on the bottom.

3. Top with thinly sliced red onion, then apple slices.

4. Add shredded/sliced gouda cheese then top with the other sourdough bread slice, buttered on top.

5. Place buttered panini on a grill plate or hot griddle and warm through.

6. Flip periodically until cheese is melted and bread is toasted and browned well.

7. Slice on the diagonal before serving.
