2 Provolone cheese, sliced
1 Cup red bell pepper, sliced
Pepperonocini slices, to taste

4 Sub sandwich bun of choice
4 Provolone cheese, sliced
2 Cups red bell pepper, sliced
Pepperonocini slices, to taste

6 Provolone cheese, sliced
3 Cups red bell pepper, sliced

4 Cups red bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Meatball Soup.
2. Saute peppers in oil of choice until nicley browned and cooked through.
3. Slice bun legthwise and add sliced provolone cheese. Boril in oven if desired.
4. Layer wamred meatballs (can cut in half) sauce, peppers and pepperoncini slices.
