
Mississippi Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich

Tender slow-cooked Mississippi Chicken piled on a toasted ciabatta roll, topped with melty cheese and zesty pepperoncini for a bold and savory bite.

2 Ciabatta Buns
1 Tablespoon Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
2 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

2 Tablespoons Butter

6 Ciabatta Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
6 Slices Mozzarella Cheese

4 Tablespoons Butter

Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Mississippi Chicken.
2. Slice the ciabatta buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of the buns, then sprinkle lightly with some garlic salt to taste. Broil these in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown.
3. Remove from the oven, then add Beehive Meals Mississippi Chicken, and top with the sliced mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven. If desired, spread a little bit of garlic aioli on the inside of the top bun, then place on top of the sandwich, and press down lightly.
4. Serve with a side salad and some french fries or chips, and enjoy!
