
Orange Chicken Coconut Soup

Orange Chicken simmered in a creamy coconut broth with mushrooms and fresh spinach, finished with a squeeze of lime.

4 Cups Chicken broth
1 1/2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/4 Cups Spinach, baby leaves

Instructions
1. Follow cooking instructions to cook Beehive Meals Orange Chicken.
2. In a sauce pan, add liquids and warm on medium heat.
3. When warmed through, add chicken mixture, mushrooms and the spinach leaves.
4. Continue to warm for 3-5 minutes until spinach is wilted and mushrooms are tender.
5. Add soup to individual serving bowls and top with a squeeze of lime juice.
