Pesto Mozzarella Chicken Crunchwrap

Herbaceous and cheesy Pesto Mozzarella Chicken folded four ways in a tortilla with fresh vegetables and a little more cheese, then toasted to perfection.


Recipe and Ingredients

1  1/2 cups
Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken
2Large Tortillas
1/2 cupSpinach
2 SlicesTomato
2 SlicesProvolone Cheese


Step 1:

Follow Slow Cooking instructions according to directions for Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.

Step 2:

On a large tortilla, slice tortilla just in one spot from the center to the edge. This will be what will allow you to fold your tortilla into quarters, only one cut is necessary!

On one quarter of the tortilla, evenly spread Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken, on another quarter, place tomato, on another quarter, place spinach, and the last quarter, place cheese. Starting from the cut you made in the tortilla, fold one quarter in half on top of the other closest to it. Continue to fold in half until it creates a triangle. Add this, open side up, in a toaster and toast until desired crispiness, or add to air-fryer and air-fry to your desired crisp. Enjoy!
