Instructions
1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.
2. Cook the gluten-free penne pasta in a large pot of lightly salted, boiling water according to instructions on package. Drain water from pasta. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled tortellini, Beehive Meals Pesto Mozzarella Chicken, cherry tomatoes, fresh arugula, and the fresh mozzarella pearls. Toss until all of the ingredients are well-coated in the sauce from the Pesto Mozzarella Chicken.
