Caramelized onion, prepared, to taste
Crema, sour cream or greek yogurt (thinned), to taste

1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
Caramelized onion, prepared, to taste
Crema, sour cream or greek yogurt (thinned), to taste

6 servings of Beehive Meals Shepherd's Pie
6 Tortillas of choice
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese, grated
Caramelized onion, prepared, to taste
Crema, sour cream or greek yogurt (thinned), to taste

8 servings of Beehive Meals Shepherd's Pie
8 Tortillas of choice
2 Cups cheddar cheese, grated
Caramelized onion, prepared, to taste
Crema, sour cream or greek yogurt (thinned), to taste

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Shepherd's Pie.

2. Roughly stir to barley incorporate mashed potatoes.

3. In a coated skillet, place tortilla and brown slightly.

4. Flip tortilla and fill one side with Shepherd's Pie mixture, caramelized onion and cheese.

5. Fold tortilla over the filling and when set, flip tortilla.

6. Continue flipping periodically to avoid burning until the cheese inside is melted through.

7. Cut into 3-4 triangles and serve with a side of crema, sour cream or greek yogurt for dipping.
