Steak Fajita Hoagie

Slow-cooked, tender beef piled high on a toasted hoagie roll, topped with sauteed peppers, onions, and melted pepper jack cheese for the ultimate comfort classic.

1  1/3 cups Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak
2 Hoagie Buns
1 Tablespoon Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
4 Slices Mozzarella/Pepper Jack Cheese
2 Tablespoons Chipotle Aioli

2 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
8 Slices Mozzarella/Pepper Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

4 cups Beehive Meals Philly Cheesesteak
6 Hoagie Buns
3 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
12 Slices Mozzarella/Pepper Jack Cheese
1/3 cup Chipotle Aioli

Ingredients

4 Tablespoons Butter
Garlic Salt, to taste
16 Slices Mozzarella/Pepper Jack Cheese
1/2 cup Chipotle Aioli

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas.

2. Slice the hoagie buns in half, then lightly spread butter on the inside of the buns, then sprinkle lightly with some garlic salt to taste. Broil these in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, until lightly golden brown.

3. Remove from the oven, then add Beehive Meals Steak Fajitas, and top each hoagie with two slices of either the pepper jack or mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven to melt the cheese. Remove from the oven, then evenly spread 1 Tablespoon of the chipotle aioli on the inside of the bun.

4. Serve with a side salad and some french fries or chips, and enjoy!
