1/2 Cup Rice of choice
1/2 Cup Black beans, drained

Green Enchilada Sauce, to taste

6 Large Tortillas of choice
1 1/2 Cups Rice of choice
1 1/2 Cups Black beans, drained
3/4 Cup Roasted Corn
Green Enchilada Sauce, to taste
Cheddar cheese, shredded, to taste

Ingredients

8 servings of Beehive Meals Sweet Pork
8 Large Tortillas of choice
2 Cups Rice of choice
2 Cups Black beans, drained
1 Cup Roasted Corn
Green Enchilada Sauce, to taste
Cheddar cheese, shredded, to taste
Sour cream or greek yogurt for topping
Shredded lettuce for topping
Pico de gallo for topping

Instructions

1. Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Sweet Pork.

2. Warm the tortillas slightly so it will fold without cracking.

3. Add Sweet Pork, rice, beans, corn and cheese then fold loosely in burrito style.

4. Airfry, bake or deep fry to preferred doneness.

5. Before serving, top with warmed enchilada sauce, cheese, shredded lettuce, a drizzle of sour cream or greek yogurt and pico de gallo.
