Step 1:
Follow Slow Cooking Instructions to cook Crack Chicken.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, combine eggs, egg whites, and cottage cheese. Season lightly with your favorite seasonings if desired. Add to a heated saute pan and scramble eggs over medium heat.
